Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place cupcake liners in muffin tin.
Mix dry ingredients and wet ingredients in two separate bowls. At this point, you will add your personalized add-ins (we used chopped walnuts and chopped figs) to the dry ingredients.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients. Fold together. Scoop into the muffin cups, approximately 2/3 full. Bake 15-20 minutes. Allow to cool slightly; serve warm. Serve with bananas.
