Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
In a large mixing bowl, combine oats, wheat germ, almonds, sunflower seeds, coconut flakes, and spices.
In a medium sized bowl, mix together honey, applesauce, sugar, vanilla and melted coconut oil.
Mix wet ingredients into the dry, and then scoop onto a large baking sheet. Bake for 45-60 minutes, stirring every 15-20 minutes until it is golden brown. Remove from oven, allow to cool, then toss in a bowl with the dried fruit.
