  • 1 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup oats, dry
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 2 medium banana
  • 1 cup cranberries, dried
  • 1/2 cup coconut flakes
  • 1/4 cup peanuts


  • Bring water to a boil, then add oats and salt. Return to a boil, then turn down heat and simmer until oats are to your desired consistency. Slice bananas.
  • Top with dried cranberries, sliced bananas, shredded coconut, and chopped peanuts.
