Instructions
Peel and dice egg. Dice celery and olives; mix tuna with yogurt and mayonnaise, add olives, celery, and chopped egg. Spoon and spread mixture over each of 4 baguettes or whole wheat rolls. Layer with lettuce, arugula and tomato slices; top with other baguette. Serve with diced apples mixed in with shredded veggies; add desired dressing.
