  • Hard boil eggs by placing in a large pot of boiling water.  Boil for 10 minutes. Once cooled, peel and slice thinly.
  • Toast bread and top 4 slices bread with thinly sliced eggs, then a few slices tomatoes, sprinkle with salt and pepper, if desired. Top with remaining slices of toast.
  • Serve with berries.
