Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup corn, frozen
  • 2 cup green peas, frozen
  • 2 ounce feta cheese crumbles
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, fresh
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 serving crackers, whole-wheat

Instructions

  • Allow corn and peas to defrost.  Add to a medium bowl; stir in feta, parsley and olive oil.  Serve immediately with crackers, or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
