  • 2 medium carrot
  • 1 cup broccoli, florets
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 4 tablespoon ranch dressing, low fat


  • Peel and cut carrots into sticks or rounds and cut broccoli into bite-sized pieces.  Slice tomatoes in half.
  • Fill large paper cupcake liners with the veggies. Use mini-cupcake paper liners for the Ranch dressing.  Enjoy the fun!
