- 4 roll (1 oz) ROLLS, DINNER, WHOLE WHEAT
- 1 cup hummus
- 2 cup arugula
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) tomato, red
- 1 medium avocado
- 1 cup snow peas
- 4 cup, diced watermelon
Slice rolls in half. Spread hummus on each roll, layer with arugula, lettuce, slice of tomato and avocado, top off with second half of roll.
Cut in half and serve with watermelon cubes and snow peas.
