Instructions
In a small bowl whisk tarragon, yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice and salt. Shred cooked or leftover chicken breast and add to mixture. Build a sandwich on a roll with chicken salad, lettuce, and spinach.
Serve with oranges.
