  • 4 ounce turkey bacon
  • 1 stalk green onion
  • 8 slice bread, whole wheat
  • 1 tomato tomato, yellow
  • 1 cup spinach

Serve With

  • 2 cup blueberries
  • 2 cup yogurt, plain
  • 2 medium carrot


  • Cook the bacon and slice the green onion.
  • Lay out bread and top each of 4 slices with a slice of tomato, bacon, spinach, and green onions; top each with a second slice of bread and place sandwiches in sandwich press; heat until toasted.
  • Serve blueberries with yogurt, and carrots.
