Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt, plain
  • 8 slice turkey breast, deli style
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 2 medium carrot
  • 4 leaf outer lettuce
  • 1 cup cranberries, dried
  • 8 slice bread, whole wheat

Serve With

Instructions

  • Mix mustard with yogurt; spread an equal amount onto each slice of turkey.  Chop celery, grate carrots and top each slice of turkey with some carrots, celery, lettuce and cranberries, roll up and serve with whole wheat toast and orange wedges.
