High "C" Snack
- 2 medium cucumber
- 4 medium carrot
- 1 cup cauliflower, florets
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing, low fat
Slice cucumbers, cut carrots into sticks, and cut cauliflower into bite-sized pieces.
Serve with dressing for dipping.
