Burgers and Fruit

  • 1 pound beef, ground, 95% lean
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 4 ounce cheddar cheese
  • 4 medium rolls, French
  • 1 medium avocado
  • 1 medium tomato, red
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce

Serve With

  • 2 cup grapes


  • Mix ground beef with seasoned salt.  Form into 4 patties.  Heat a skillet over medium high heat.  Cook patties on each side until browned and cooked through. At the end of cooking time, add 1 ounce of cheese to each patty.
  • Slice french rolls in half. Slice avocados and tomatoes.
  • Add burgers to the rolls; top with avocado, lettuce, and tomatoes. Serve with grapes.
