Mix ground beef with seasoned salt. Form into 4 patties. Heat a skillet over medium high heat. Cook patties on each side until browned and cooked through. At the end of cooking time, add 1 ounce of cheese to each patty.
Slice french rolls in half. Slice avocados and tomatoes.
Add burgers to the rolls; top with avocado, lettuce, and tomatoes. Serve with grapes.
