- 8 slice bread, whole wheat
- 4 slice ham, deli sliced
- 4 ounce cheddar cheese
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 medium cucumber
- 4 medium plum
- 2 cup (8 fl oz) yogurt, plain, low-fat
Heat a sandwich press. Layer your bread with ham, cheddar and spinach; place in press and cook until bread becomes crispy and cheese melted.
Serve with cucumber sticks and sliced plums topped with yogurt.
