  • Drain the beans (reserving 2 tablespoons of the liquid); rinse beans well. Toss beans into a food processor along with the reserved liquid and the juice from the lime. Add the garlic powder, cumin and salt. Blend well.
  • Cut veggies into sticks or any other fun shape (like hearts for the carrots!) and serve with the dip.
