- 1/2 cup mayonnaise, light
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon vinegar, rice
- 1 tablespoon mustard, dijon
- 1 1/2 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 tablespoon chives, dried
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 8 ounce penne pasta, dry
- 2 bunch broccoli
- 1/4 pound Spiral Sliced Ham
- 1 medium bell pepper, yellow
- 1/4 medium onion, red
- 1/4 cup raisins, seedless
- 4 cup spinach
Serve With
- 4 medium rolls, dinner, wheat
- 4 medium peach
Mix together the mayo, sour cream, vinegar (3 tablespoons), mustard, honey, chives, onion powder and salt; set aside covered, in the refrigerator.
Prepare the pasta as directed on the package. While pasta cooks, cut broccoli into bite-sized pieces; dice ham, pepper and onion.
Toss cooked, cooled pasta in a large bowl with vegetables and raisins. Add dressing and toss together.
Mix spinach with a cup of your favorite additional greens. Serve broccoli salad over a bed of greens with a whole grain roll and fruit.
