3 cup edamame, shelled 1 clove garlic 1 cup hummus 1/2 cup cilantro 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice 1 medium bell pepper, yellow 1 medium bell pepper, red
Steam edamame to slightly warm up and soften. Place garlic in food processor and mince; add edamame, hummus, cilantro and lemon juice; blend until smooth.
Serve with sliced peppers.
