- 1 cup orzo, dry
- 15 ounce chickpeas (garbanzo beans), canned
- 1 stalk broccoli
- 1/8 teaspoon curry powder
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper, ground
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 cup pine nuts, dried
- 1/4 cup cranberries, dried, sweetened
Cook orzo according to package directions. Meanwhile drain and rinse chickpeas; chop broccoli into smaller, bite-sized pieces.
Toss orzo in a large bowl with all ingredients, toss to evenly coat.
Serve with orange wedges.
