In a small sauce pan add chicken broth, finely chopped spinach, and artichoke hearts. Place over medium heat and bring to a simmer. Once simmering, add minced garlic and then let cook for 1 more minute.
In a separate bowl, add all the cheeses (make sure they're grated or chopped) and coat in flour.
Add cheeses tossed in flour to sauce pan and stir until melted.
Transfer to a preheated fondue pot on low. Eat with apples, carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, celery or sweet peppers!
