Pack-it Pita Pizzas
- 4 pita, whole wheat
- 1 cup spaghetti or marinara sauce
- 4 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 2 medium zucchini
- 4 tablespoon ranch dressing, low fat
- 2 cup grapes
Cut pitas into triangles, cut zucchini into sticks.
Pack these items separately in sealable containers, along with marinara sauce, shredded mozzarella and ranch dressing.
Serve with grapes.
