  • 1 cup Greek yogurt, plain
  • 2 medium banana
  • 1 cup strawberries, frozen, unsweetened
  • 1/4 cup flaxseed, ground
  • 1 cup spinach

Serve With

  • 4 slice bread, whole wheat
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter, all-natural
