Ingredients

  • 16 medium dates, Medjool
  • 1/2 cup oats, dry
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup pecans, chopped

Instructions

  • Soften dates in warm water for 10 minutes, then drain.
  • Place dates, oats, and almond butter in food processor and pulse until a smooth paste forms. Mix in pecans.
  • Spray hands with cooking spray and roll equal portions into small balls.
