Almond Butter Date Balls

- 16 medium dates, Medjool
- 1/2 cup oats, dry
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup pecans, chopped
Soften dates in warm water for 10 minutes, then drain.
Place dates, oats, and almond butter in food processor and pulse until a smooth paste forms. Mix in pecans.
Spray hands with cooking spray and roll equal portions into small balls.
