Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber, sliced peel some of the cucumber, but remember it has tons of fiber, vitamins and minerals!
  • 1 avocado, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon freeze dried onion
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon chopped parsley
  • pinch salt

Instructions

  • Mix ingredients together in a large bowl.
  • Enjoy right away or allow flavors to meld together 2 hours in the refrigerator.
