Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken
  • 2 cups baby carrots
  • 7 - 10 baby potatoes
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 4 cups of water
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 2 - 4 bay leaves
  • 1 teaspoon each of onion powder, garlic powder, basil, oregano, and thyme
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Add salt and pepper to the chicken then place in the slow cooker.
  • Rough cut the onions and potatoes then place the slow cooker along with baby carrots.
  • In a bowl, add four cups of water and herbs then squeeze the half of lemon to the mixture. Pour mixture in slow cooker.
  • Set slow cooker to high for 4 hours. Then enjoy!
