Melt and slightly cool the butter. Add the remainder of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
Heat a small skillet or crepe pan on medium heat and spray with cooking spray or spread a teaspoon of butter in the bottom.
Pour 1/4 to 1/3 cup of batter into the pan (depending on the size of your pan) and tilt the pan in a circular motion until the batter coats the bottom. Cook for 1-2 minutes per side, or until the top of the crepe has set, and the edges are golden. Remove from skillet and set aside. Continue until all crepes have been cooked. Spray pan in between each crepe to prevent sticking.
Serve with Nutella, whip cream, fresh berries or your topping of choice. Enjoy!
