- 1/2 cup cream cheese, low fat
- 1/2 cup yogurt, plain, low-fat
- 3 slice cooked bacon
Slice bell peppers and remove seeds.
Mix together cream cheese and yogurt.
Fill peppers with cheese/yogurt mixture.
Sprinkle bacon on top of peppers.
Bake at 375 degrees F for 12-15 minutes.
Serve warm.
