  • 4 medium apple
  • 1/2 tablespoon butter, unsalted
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup oats, dry
  • 4 teaspoon brown sugar


  • Chop the apples.
  • Add all ingredients to a microwave safe bowl. Microwave on high for 1 minute.  Take out and stir.  Return to microwave for 3-4 more minutes, or until apples are tender.
