Ingredients

  • 1 cup wheat berries
  • 3 cup water
  • 1 cup yogurt, plain, low-fat
  • 2 tablespoon honey

Instructions

  • Bring water and wheat berries to a boil.
  • Once boiling, turn heat to low and simmer covered for 40-60 minutes until wheat is plump and some begin to crack.  Drain.
  • Whisk yogurt and honey together.
  • Top wheat berries with yogurt, seasonal fruit and nuts.
