- 1 cup wheat berries
- 3 cup water
- 1 cup yogurt, plain, low-fat
- 2 tablespoon honey
Bring water and wheat berries to a boil.
Once boiling, turn heat to low and simmer covered for 40-60 minutes until wheat is plump and some begin to crack. Drain.
Whisk yogurt and honey together.
Top wheat berries with yogurt, seasonal fruit and nuts.
