Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Grind oats in a food processor until they reach a flour-like consistency.
Mix together all ingredients in a food processor, blender, or by hand.
Roll dough out onto a floured surface as thin as you can get it. Cut out shapes (hearts) and place on an ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake for 7-10 minutes until golden and slightly crisp.
Cool completely before serving.
