  • 1/2 cup oats, dry
  • 1 1/2 cup flour, whole wheat
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter, all-natural
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 2 tablespoon honey


  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Grind oats in a food processor until they reach a flour-like consistency.
  • Mix together all ingredients in a food processor, blender, or by hand.
  • Roll dough out onto a floured surface as thin as you can get it. Cut out shapes (hearts) and place on an ungreased cookie sheet.
  • Bake for 7-10 minutes until golden and slightly crisp.
  • Cool completely before serving.
