Pure Peanut Butter

  • 1 1/2 cups roasted peanuts
  • 1/2 tsp salt optional

Spice Mix

  • 1 teaspoon powdered cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/8 teaspoon powdered cardamom
  • 1 pinch freshly grated nutmeg


Pure Peanut Butter

  • Blend peanuts in a high powered blender or food processor.  You may need to scrape the edges during blending.  Continue blending until smooth and creamy.

Spice Mix

  • Add this towards the end of blending to incorporate throughout peanut butter.
