Chopped Veggie Deviled Eggs

Ingredients

  • 6 eggs, boiled
  • 1/4 cucumber
  • 1/4 green bell pepper
  • 1/4 red bell pepper
  • 2 - 3 tablespoons plain greek yogurt
  • 1/2 tablespoon mustard dijon or yellow
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Chop veggies into very small pieces.
  • Combine with cooked egg yolks, Greek yogurt, mustard and salt and pepper.
  • Spoon into egg whites.
  • Enjoy!
