Chopped Veggie Deviled Eggs
Servings: 6 servings
- 6 eggs, boiled
- 1/4 cucumber
- 1/4 green bell pepper
- 1/4 red bell pepper
- 2 - 3 tablespoons plain greek yogurt
- 1/2 tablespoon mustard dijon or yellow
- salt and pepper to taste
Chop veggies into very small pieces.
Combine with cooked egg yolks, Greek yogurt, mustard and salt and pepper.
Spoon into egg whites.
