Ingredients

Instructions

  • In the bowl of a food processor, add the dates, almond butter, and honey. Process until well combined. If the mixture isn't smooth, scrape down the sides and add 1 tsp of water and continue processing. Be careful not to add too much water because it will make the dough too sticky.
  • Add cocoa and protein powder and continue processing until fully combined.
  • Add chocolate chips to the dough and mix by hand until they are evenly distributed. Use a small cookie scoop to divide dough into 12 portions of dough. Roll each portion into a ball. Place bites in fridge to set. Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
