These super fudgy protein bites taste just like brownie batter but are packed full of whole food ingredients, nutrition and sweetened without refined sugar.
In the bowl of a food processor, add the dates, almond butter, and honey. Process until well combined. If the mixture isn't smooth, scrape down the sides and add 1 tsp of water and continue processing. Be careful not to add too much water because it will make the dough too sticky.
Add cocoa and protein powder and continue processing until fully combined.
Add chocolate chips to the dough and mix by hand until they are evenly distributed. Use a small cookie scoop to divide dough into 12 portions of dough. Roll each portion into a ball. Place bites in fridge to set. Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
