Preheat oven to 350 F, and grease a light-colored or silicone loaf pan with a bit of butter. Set aside.
Add the flour, baking powder, and baking soda to a large mixing bowl, and stir with a fork until combined.
Mash the bananas and heat the butter until just melted. Add butter and bananas to the mixing bowl along with the vanilla, honey, eggs, and yogurt.
Mix wet and dry ingredients together until combined. Do not over-mix.
Pour batter into the greased loaf pan and bake until set, 40-50 minutes.
Cool before slicing.
