Mix oats, almonds, walnuts, and flax meal in one bowl.
Mix all remaining ingredients in a second bowl.
Combine the two until the sugars coat all the oats. Spread granola onto a cookie sheet.
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes. Stir ingredients, then return to oven for 15 more minutes. If you over bake it, it will taste burned, so watch it carefully. It's OK to be dark, and it will get dark because of the molasses.
