Ingredients

  • 2 medium apple
  • 1 medium lemon
  • 1 medium pomegranate
  • 2 medium kiwi

Instructions

  • Peel and dice apples; toss in juice from the lemon, then add to a bowl. (You could also use a melon baller and make the apple pieces into small balls if desired.)
  • Remove the pomegranate arils (seeds); peel and slice (or dice) kiwi. Add both to the bowl with the apples.
  • Toss to combine. Serve immediately.
