Combine all ingredients in a pot on the stove. Whisk gently till warm, and all ingredients are smoothly blended. (If you don't have pumpkin pie spice, you can make it- recipe here!)
Top your cocoa with some homemade whipping cream (not the stuff from a can!!) We used 1 cup heavy whipping cream and 3 tablespoons of sugar. Just place in a tabletop mixer with the whisk attachment, and beat until stiff.
