Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup almond milk, unsweetened
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 medium banana
  • 1 cup pumpkin, canned
  • 1/2 cup yogurt, plain
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric, ground

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a high powered blender¬†and blend well. Add ice and/or more liquid as needed to reach the desired consistency.¬†Serve immediately.
