  • 1 cup oats, dry
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup yogurt, plain
  • 2 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/8 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cup blueberries, frozen


  • 1 cup granola
  • 1 medium banana


  • Add oats to blender and pulse a few times to break oats down to a flour-like consistency. Add milk, yogurt, chia seeds, honey, cinnamon and vanilla; blend. Add frozen berries and blend again until smooth. Pour into bowls and top with granola and sliced bananas.
