Ingredients

  • 1 cup barley, pearled, dry
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup, pure
  • 1/8 cup flaxseed, ground

Toppings

  • 2 cup milk
  • 2 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup walnuts, chopped

Instructions

  • Prepare barley as directed on package. Stir maple syrup and flaxseed into hot barley. Divide between 4 bowls and top with milk, raspberries and walnuts.
