Spray a skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium heat. Whisk eggs and milk; pour into hot skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes to allow eggs to become firm. Stir to scramble; cook until no longer runny.
While eggs cook, peel and remove pit from the avocado and cut into cubes.
Add scrambled eggs to each plate; top with avocado. Serve each with a side of whole grain cereal and milk.
