  • Heat oven to 375°F. Spray a small baking dish (about 1.5 quarts) with cooking spray.
  • Slice bananas and place them along the bottom of the baking dish.  Sprinkle with 1 cup of berries.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together egg, vanilla and almond extract, milk and honey.  Set aside.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the oats, almonds, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.  Sprinkle mixture over berries and bananas.  Pour liquid over the oats and sprinkle with remaining berries.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the oats have softened and become browned.  Serve warm.
