  • 4 medium tomato, red
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 medium peppers, jalapeƱo
  • 2 clove garlic
  • 1 cup cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoon lime juice

Serve With

  • 4 stalk celery
  • 2 medium bell pepper, green


  • Dice tomatoes, onion, jalapenos, garlic, and cilantro. Toss them together in a bowl.
  • Add salt and lime juice. Stir and let stand 30 minutes before serving.
  • Cut celery into quarters and pepper into large slices. Use veggies for scooping and eating!
