Instructions
Cook rice according to package directions.
Rinse and drain beans. Chop tomatoes and lightly chop cilantro and spinach.
Mix beans together with tomatoes, cilantro, spinach, and salt. Add warm rice; stir to combine.
Fill tortillas, then roll up tightly; serve with sliced pears on the side.
