Spray the inside of your slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray or use a crock pot liner. (If you do not you will be scrubbing for hours!) Put all of the ingredients into the crock pot, secure the lid, and cook on low for 8-9 hours (Or overnight)
In the morning, about 30 minutes before serving add about 1 cup of frozen mixed berries.
To serve, spoon the oatmeal into bowls and if desired top with nuts, brown sugar, granola, milk, etc...
