Salsa Verde

Ingredients

  • 3 medium Tomatillos, raw
  • 1 medium avocado
  • 2 clove garlic
  • 1/2 medium onion
  • 1/2 medium peppers, jalapeño
  • 1 cup cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Serve With

  • 4 ounce tortilla chips

Instructions

  • Peel the husk from the tomatillos and rinse. Roughly chop and add to food processor. Peel avocado, remove pit and add to food processor.  
  • Roughly chop garlic, onion, jalapeno, and cilantro.
  • Add lime juice, honey, and salt.
  • Give it a whirl in the food processor until you reach desired consistency. Serve with tortilla chips.
