Place all ingredients in slow cooker, cover and set on high for 1.5 hours. Stir, cover and turn off heat. Let them sit in crock pot for 6-8 hours. They will continue to cook and be ready to eat in the morning.
In the morning, reheat oats (or eat at room temp) and then add to your 1 cup of oats: 1/2 cup yogurt, 1/4 berries and sprinkle with 1/2 ounce chia.
