Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup flaxseed, ground
  • 1/8 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 4 cup almond milk, unsweetened
  • 4 medium banana
  • 4 cup peaches, frozen, sliced
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 cup kale
  • 1/4 cup honey

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender and blend until smooth. More or fewer peaches may be added depending on personal taste.
  • Add more milk and/or ice to the mixture until the desired consistency is reached.
  • Serve immediately.
