  • 3 medium apple
  • 1 medium lemon
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt, plain
  • 1/2 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 1 cup cranberries, dried


  • Wash, core and chop apples. Toss with juice of lemon to prevent browning.
  • Whisk together yogurt and honey (omit honey if you are using sweetened yogurt).
  • TopĀ apples with nuts, berries, and a dollop of the yogurt mixture, or stir all together until well coated and mixed.
