Creamy Fall Fruit Salad

Servings: 4 1 cup apple mixture
- 3 medium apple
- 1 medium lemon
- 1 cup Greek yogurt, plain
- 1/2 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1 cup cranberries, dried
Wash, core and chop apples. Toss with juice of lemon to prevent browning.
Whisk together yogurt and honey (omit honey if you are using sweetened yogurt).
Top apples with nuts, berries, and a dollop of the yogurt mixture, or stir all together until well coated and mixed.
