Ingredients

  • 1/2 medium (4-1/8" long) onion, red
  • 1 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2 dia.) bell pepper, red
  • 2 cup black eyed peas, dry
  • 2 cup kidney beans, canned
  • 1 cup corn, frozen
  • 1 tsp, ground black pepper, ground
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup Salad Dressing, with vinegar and oil

Instructions

  • Allow corn to thaw.Dice onion and pepper. Drain and rinse beans. Place all ingredients into a large bowl.  Chill until ready to serve.
