- 1/2 cup Milk, Low fat 1%
- 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) banana
- 1/2 cup (8 fl oz) yogurt, fruit variety, nonfat
- 2 slices peaches, frozen, sliced
Blend together milk, protein powder and banana.
Add yogurt and frozen peaches, blend. Add more milk if you need to help it blend, but keep it thick. Serve.
